We currently have just one, which is located in Wimslow.

7. Warrington.
8. North East Leeds.

How many new locations are you targeting?

We are aiming to open 10 - 12 new locations

Size requirements?

1. Vacant sites up to 1 acre.
2. Warehouse 30-40,000 sq.ft (min 7m eaves height).

Additional requirements?

1. Part of existing sports, leisure / golf complexes.
2. Office Parks / Industrial estates.
3. Large Redundant Pubs / tired retail locations.

We require Class E(d)

Freehold or Leasehold?

Leasehold preferred, Freehold considered.

Recent openings or new locations in the pipeline?

We have about 6-8 new locations in the pipleline.
