What are the main challenges you face when acquiring new property?

As a new entrant into the market we are an unknown brand and we’re trying to build our presence in the UK.

Favourite occupier and why?

Hickory’s Smokehouse in my opinion seems to be a slick operation, with prime locations, incredible service and top quality food.

What is your favourite building?

Eastbourne Terrace – Our UK HQ

Favourite retail or leisure destination?

T5 Heathrow has an impressive line up of retail tenants
