Who are Heavenly Desserts?

Heavenly Desserts was founded in 2008. They are a pioneering luxury brand that transforms the way we experience fine desserts.

Each store fit out is individually designed by the Heavenly Desserts architectural team, so that no two stores will ever be entirely the same. The cost of fit outs to date has generally exceeded £300,000, representing a substantial commitment to each new location, and a premium first class fit-out and operation.

Target locations?

Being desserts, evening trade is key for HD, so high streets, leisure parks, leisure areas, which offer both daytime and evening trade potential is where they want to be, with families being their key market, so being close to cinemas, bowling alleys, key large space leisure users, and areas with dense F&B operators is important. All locations in the UK that offer the above will be considered, but generally towns with populations over 50,000 is their preference at this stage.

How many new locations are you targeting?

25 new restaurants to be opened in 2024.

Size requirements?

Ideally 1,500 to 1,800 sq ft on ground floor, but as small as 1,200 sq ft can work in certain areas.

Over the last few months new branches have opened in Slough, Burnley, Tooting, Brighton, Milton Keynes and others.

Overheads! The HD model requires that manageable overheads are vital to ensure the long-term success of the branch.
