Flooring Superstore – 3,000–5,500 sq.ft. Prominent roadside locations, or on/beside busy retail/trade.

Harry Ramsden’s – 300–4,500 sq.ft. Harry Ramsden’s has returned to the expansion trail.

Inn Collection Group – Aiming to grow to 40 sites by 2030.

Urban Greens – Launched its 6th location as it continues to grow across the capital.

Wren Kitchen – 6,000–12,000 sq.ft. UK Retail Park and standalone sites.

Inspire Children’s Day Nurseries – 4,000–8,000 sq.ft, primarily based in the South East of the UK.

Inn Collection Group – Boutique rooms and on-site pub restaurant covering North England and North Wales. £125m expansion drive.

Dave’s Hot Chicken – Ambitious pipeline of UK sites for Dave’s Hot Chicken (via Azzurri).

Baggage World – 1,800–2,200 sq.ft. High Street & Shopping Centres.

Yard Sale Pizza – “New CEO appointed to drive growth plans”.

Power Play – 3,000–6,000 sq.ft. Targets include Southampton; Leeds; Liverpool.
