Who are Kumon?
Kumon is the largest supplementary education provider in the UK and Ireland. There are currently more than 70,000 Kumon students learning at over 650 study centres across the UK and Ireland. It has been established for 60 years and has 4 million students in 50 countries.
All locations under £32,000 pa rent will be considered including, town centre, prominent locations, trade parks, good visibility, ex showrooms, student population, affluent demographic, population of over 50,000, shopping centres, transport hubs, high office population, major cities, Retail pitch, Leisure destinations.
How many new centres are you targeting?
Approximately 650 centres
Looking for leasehold properties for franchisees across towns and cities in the UK and Ireland. Freehold may also be considered.

- Properties will only be considered above 1,4000 sq.ft, where the rent is less than £32,000
- All use classes considered
- Secondary and fringe locations considered
- Parking available nearby
- Ground floors preferable (upper floors considered subject to accessibility)
- Signage/good frontage must be possible
- Minimum five-year lease
- Ability to trade until 7pm
