Who are Dominos Pizza?
Domino's Pizza Group is the UK’s leading pizza brand and a major player in the Republic of Ireland.
How many stores do Dominos currently have?
Over 1,200 stores across the UK.
Target locations?
All types of locations considered that are highly visible, prominent locations with good parking (see below and requirement flyer for target locations)
How many new stores are you targeting?
As many as possible!
Size requirements?
1,200 sq.ft is the ideal size, however we’ll consider bigger and smaller.
Additional requirements?
Ideally units with parking
Planning consent?
We require Hot Food Takeaway consent.
Freehold or Leasehold?
Either will be considered.

What are the main challenges you face when acquiring new property?
Planning! Although we do have a high success rate in achieving a positive outcome, planning is often the biggest challenge. Most other challenges we can get around. There’s not a lot we haven’t seen opening 1200+ stores.
Favourite occupier?
My local chippy! The store hasn’t been updated since the 80’s but they still serve the best Fish and Chips.
What is your favourite building?
Empire State building – I went to New York as a child and was blown away by the sheer size of the building. Also Elland Road, Leeds.
Favourite retail destination?
Unfortunately, a lot of cities and towns have similar high streets with the same retailers and cafes etc. I like towns that feel a little bit more independent, such as Holt in Norfolk and Ecclesall Road, Sheffield
