The electric vehicle (EV) market in the UK has experienced a remarkable surge in growth over the past few years.

UK sales have seen a significant rise, helped by the government’s ambitious target to ban the sale of new petrol and diesel cars by 2035.

The rapid adoption of EV's has spurred a corresponding demand for suitable property and land to support the necessary infrastructure in the UK.

As a result, The Requirement List (which tracks property requirements) has seen a large increase in new property and land requirements being listed from EV charging operators.
