Loungers are looking for further sites in coastal or waterfront locations across the UK!
Following successful partnerships with Local Authorities in Paignton, Clacton, Whitby and Ipswich, and further successful openings in Broadstairs, Tynemouth and Bristol, Loungers are looking for further sites in coastal or waterfront locations across the UK.
Over the last 12 months we have undertaken projects to deliver Lounge sites in multiple waterfront locations which have included; converting existing restaurant sites, bringing dilapidated warehouses back to life and investing in longer term development sites (we’re currently in discussions in respect of the conversion of a former seafront Victorian toilet block!) with a view to revitalising waterfront sites.

We’re seeking sites with, or with potential to have, a minimum of 4,000sq ft, waterfront outdoor seating potential and, as always, character or heritage buildings are preferred.
Please note this requirement sits alongside our ongoing requirement for typical High Street or Shopping Centre Lounge sites.
