UK wide requirement both in town centres and good suburban locations.

200 sq.m up to 600sq m Ground Floor GIA

Planning consent?

We require planning for pub use and a premises licence if converting properties such as retail. We also buy pubs that don’t require an change of planning.

Freehold or Leasehold?

Freehold opportunities or LLH with minimum 50 years at a peppercorn.

Recent openings or new stores in the pipeline?

Our most recent openings have been at Stroud, the conversion of a former M&Co; Cheltenham, the conversion of a former Sports Direct; Jarrow, the conversion of two shops and Huddersfield which was an existing pub.
