How The Requirement List works
1. You have an empty property
You've just been instructed to let a new shop in Bristol and you're looking to see what regional and national operators want to be in the City.
2. Search property requirements
You enter Bristol in the database and see that Cornish Bakery, Savers, Majestic Wine + more want to open there.
3. Search the occupier directory
You notice that a popular retailer isn't already in Bristol. With 1,500+ contacts, you head to the occupier directory to see who the property director is.
4. Get in touch
